Welcome to Petals Avenue, your preferred destination for exquisite blooms in Singapore. We appreciate your trust in our services, and we want to ensure a smooth experience. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms:

1. Delivery Details:

  • We offer delivery services island-wide in Singapore.

  • Standard delivery is available at $20, while express delivery, for those urgent moments, is priced at $40. 

  • Large orders (>50cm) is deliverable at $40.

  • Express orders must be placed by 10 am daily to facilitate same-day delivery.

2. Quality Assurance:

  • Our commitment is to provide floral masterpieces that exceed your expectations. While we don't entertain refunds or returns, we are open to exchanging products or offering store credit if quality issues arise.

3. Immediate Contact for Concerns:

  • Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you have any concerns, reach out to us immediately. We value your satisfaction and want to address any issues promptly.

4. Order Adjustments:

  • Life is dynamic, and plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, kindly inform us at least 5 days before the scheduled delivery date. Reach us at hello@petalsavenue.sg for assistance. For urgent modifications, we will do our best to accommodate and charges may apply. (not applicable to wedding/event orders)

5. Customer Responsibilities:

  • Your collaboration is the key to a flawless delivery. Ensure the accuracy of recipient details and the delivery address. Should any concerns arise upon receiving your order, promptly contact us. Your meticulousness ensures a seamless floral experience.

6. Governing Law:

  • Adherence to the laws of Singapore forms the foundation of our operations. As we conduct business within the legal framework of this jurisdiction, rest assured that your transactions with Petals Avenue align with Singaporean legislation.
