How are orders delivered? 

Our delivery process ensures the secure and timely transportation of your orders. We employ a reliable delivery service to guarantee the safe arrival of your items.

What is the designated delivery window for orders? 

Our delivery schedule is set between 10 am and 6 pm. We kindly request that you select a day when someone will be available to receive the parcel. Alternatively, you may leave specific delivery instructions on the checkout page for our attention.

Do you deliver on Sundays?

Certainly! We provide delivery services on Sundays for your convenience.

Do you deliver on Public Holidays? 

Yes, we do extend our delivery services to cover Public Holidays as well with the exception of:

New Year's Day, Lunar New Year Day 1, Christmas Day, Boxing Day.

Do you provide same day delivery?

Express delivery is an option available for your convenience. Ensure to add it to your cart, and note that the cutoff order time for express delivery is 2 pm daily and the delivery for express orders is 4-8 pm on the same day. Find the item at this link.

What is the delivery charge?

A delivery fee of $16 is applicable per order under 40cm(W) and $30 above 40cm(W) However, orders above $250 enjoy complimentary delivery.

May I make a request on the delivery time?

What is the typical lead time for delivery?

Upon order confirmation, the lead time to delivery is two days. This allows us to meticulously prepare and package the freshest flowers for a delightful delivery experience.

Do you provide store pickup?

Absolutely! Store pickup is welcomed at our location: 18 Sin Ming Lane, Midview City, #08-09 S573960. If you need to adjust your pickup day, kindly notify us at hello@petalsavenue.sg or WhatsApp, including your order number for seamless coordination.

Do you deliver to hospitals?

Certainly! We offer delivery services to hospitals, ensuring a seamless experience for both sender and recipient.

What happens if the delivery is unsuccessful? 

In the unfortunate event of an unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address, our delivery personnel will contact the provided number. Please ensure accurate delivery information during checkout, as re-delivery is not possible due to the fragile nature of our flowers.
